- changed case on charset and encoding warning strings (it looked bad)
- properly handle quoted-printable unencoding (including multi-line values)
- ignore blank lines in vCard
- ignore empty properties in vCard

* possible bug: when displaying "aborting import" toaster, make sure the back

button is enabled and the abort button is hidden (as if abort were pressed)

since this can happen if, say, the alarm goes off.

* add browse button to vcf import location field

* in the long term, we need to save/restore state from doit/importer
